Warranty terms
EJR PERFORMANCE PTY LTD offers 6 months 5,000 km warranty (which ever occurs first) from date of engine departure from EJR. Warranty covers naturally aspirated turn key engine packages.
Warranty covers assembly & faulty workmanship carried out by EJR. All warranty claims must be made within the warranty period. Proof of vehicle odometer reading is also required at purchase to validate warranty.
EJR PERFORMANCE warranty will not cover:

Component failure - all individual components are subject to each manufactures warranty if any.

Engines that are not installed by licensed mechanics at licensed workshops.

Engines altered from original design including aftermarket fuel injection systems/ignition systems etc.

If the engine shows signs of misapplication, racing, improper installation, abuse, lack of proper maintenance or negligence.
EJR PERFORMANCE will not be held responsible for loss of income, towage, accomodation, freight or unauthorised repairs.
