Cleveland Stage 1 Package
The Cleveland Stage 1 is a well-rounded package designed to deliver strong, reliable mid-range power. Rated at 600 hp and around 550 lb-ft of torque, it offers excellent drivability and durability, making it a dependable choice for street use and long-distance cruising.
Stage 1 is built around factory Cleveland blocks that undergo thorough preparation to ensure reliability. Because sourcing suitable blocks takes time, there is a lead time on Stage 1 builds — though customers who supply their own block can skip this queue.
The heart of the package is our custom camshaft, perfected to deliver power right where it’s needed in the mid-range while producing a fantastic exhaust note. From there, the build incorporates our 2V cylinder heads, which begin as bare castings sourced by EJR and are finished with in-house blueprinting and signature port work. Outfitted with premium American components, these heads deliver consistent results and are backed by our turnkey engine package warranty.
Stage 1 is the ideal choice for those wanting a strong, versatile Cleveland. For customers seeking maximum output and a more aggressive foundation, we recommend stepping up to our Stage 2 package.

Cleveland Stage 2 Package
The Cleveland Stage 2 combines serious performance with refined engineering. Built around a robust aftermarket Ford Arrow block and a fully forged, internally balanced rotating assembly, this package is designed to handle substantial power with confidence.
With a compression ratio of 11.8:1, it is capable of producing up to 650 hp and 600 lb-ft of torque when paired with the right top-end components. On the dyno, we’ve seen these packages make as much as 680 hp with the right combinations. If height restrictions require low-rise manifolds, peak power will remain around 650 hp. Low-end torque stays strong, making it equally at home in high-performance street applications and perfect for car owners wanting the engine to remain under the bonnet while retaining factory shakers or air cleaners.
