Cleveland C-408 Package
The C-408 is a balanced Cleveland package aimed at reliable mid-range power. It’s rated at around 600 hp and 550 lb-ft, with good drivability for street use and longer trips.
The C-408 is based on factory Cleveland blocks that are prepared to suit the package. Finding good cores can take time, so there may be a lead time. Customers supplying their own block can bypass this.
The package uses our custom camshaft, chosen to suit the mid-range focus and overall combination. It’s paired with our 2V cylinder heads, which start as bare castings sourced by EJR and are finished through our standard blueprinting and head work. Quality components are used throughout, and the package is covered by our turnkey engine warranty.

Cleveland C-427 Package
The C-427 is aimed at customers wanting more output while keeping good street behaviour. It’s based around an aftermarket Ford Arrow block with a forged, internally balanced rotating assembly, giving it a solid foundation for higher power levels.
With an 11.8:1 compression ratio, the C-427 is capable of around 670 hp and 575 lb-ft with suitable top-end components. With the right combinations, we’ve seen up to 680 hp on the dyno. Where height restrictions require a low-rise intake, peak power typically stays closer to 670 hp. Torque remains strong, making it well suited to street cars that need to retain factory shakers or air cleaners.
The package uses our custom camshaft to suit the overall combination and mid-range focus. Cleveland C-427T Package
The C-427T is the touring version of the C-427, set up with everyday use in mind. It’s aimed at long-distance driving, daily use, and strong low-down torque rather than outright peak power.
With a 10.5:1 compression ratio and a milder camshaft, the C-427T produces around 500 hp and 530 lb-ft of torque. The larger cubic inch combination gives it good torque early, which makes it well suited to heavier cars and towing applications.
The C-427T uses the same core components as the C-427, with changes focused on drivability and longevity. The result is a package that’s easy to live with, consistent in traffic, and comfortable on longer trips.
The C-427T suits customers wanting a Cleveland with plenty of torque and usable power, without needing an aggressive setup. It’s a practical option that still offers strong performance across a wide range of uses.
