Engine reconditioning 

* Strip engine down completely - this can be done by customer for -$200 

* Engine block chemically cleaned & checked for cracks & damage

* Engine block machined to next available over size - Max 4.030”

* Engine block new cam bearings - freeze plugs installed 

* Conrods striped , cleaned & checked for damage - Resized with ARP bolts

* Conrods new Flat top pistons installed

* Crankshaft cleaned & checked for damage - Grind & linish

* Cylinder heads striped  cleaned & checked for cracks new stainless ferrea 5000 valves, pac racing springs to suit hydraulic roller cam + 7/16 stud conversion done

• Bearings King Hx Race series 

• Gaskets throughout Felpro

• New oil pan installed 

• Rollmaster Billet timing set 

• Custom Crow hydraulic roller cam 

• New timing cover

• Johnson roller lifters

• Chromoly 5/16 pushrods

• Scorpion 1.73 ratio roller rockers

Reconditioning will usually take 4 weeks. Engines are to arrive partially stripped of all oil & water. All electrical components inc distributor - coil - alternator - pulleys - external brackets. Failure to remove these components will incur further charges 

If the engine comes completely stripped to bare block - pistons & Crankshaft removed the Engine strip down fee will be removed  -$200
